Following a town hall meeting yesterday, Mike Huckabee told supporter Bob Anderson, “It’s because of guys like you, Bob, that we’re going to win the Iowa caucuses.”

In this video, Anderson talks with his candidate and Mike Huckabee talks about facing the “Clinton political machine” in Arkansas.

Anderson, an attorney from Newhall, Iowa, introduced the former Arkansas governor to a crowd of over 100 at Kirkwood Community College in Vinton, Iowa. He said his campaign contribution to Mike Huckabee is the first time he’s ever donated to a candidate.

Anderson is undeterred by Huckabee’s relatively lackluster fundraising during the first three quarters of the year. He pointed to Arkansas’s status as a poorer state as a potential reason for Huckabee’s financial difficulties.

Anderson said it was Huckabee’s “charisma” and “authenticity” that he found so appealing.

Wow, very cool… I hope you guys can get the ball rolling in the caucuses. Really by the time things reach me here in Minnesota things will have largely been decided already.

    God bless!
